DO YOU THINK AN 40YRO WOMAN SHOULD DATE A MATURE 33YRO MAN WITH 2 KIDS?

A seven year age difference isn't much at all, especially past your twenties.

The bigger issues to consider are whether you want to date into an established family - whether you're comfortable in the step-parental role, whether you think he'll be able to handle the conflicts between his desires toward you and his responsibilities towards his children, and whether you want to be with him.

If those issues are acceptable to you, then the difference in ages is nothing in my book.
