WOMEN: WHAT ARE YOUR THOUGHTS ON DATING A MAN WHO IS MUCH OLDER THAN YOU ARE?

I am 31, singular womanlike and have regularly found myself captivated to comparison men. I have been dating this male which is 55 years old for about a year now. He was tied together for twenty-seven years, has 4 young kids which have been grown and on their own. Let's contend "Jack", is really great to me. He is a mature, veteran businessman, goes to the fitness core each day, healthy, active etc. I do not "see" the age difference. We have a play free life. I would similar to for alternative women to share their thoughts on women which similar to comparison men. Do you think there is a direction for younger women to find comparison men?

I'm only 15 and I think older men are very attractive. I know I sound slutty or whatever, but I never dated an older guy, but I think they're really hot. I'm sick of guys my age. They're so immature! But when I get older I'll probably date someone between 5-15 years older than me. Just because I like it that way.

well if you love him who cares and if your okay that hes been married and has four kids then god bless you, age dooesnt matter.

If you were 15 years younger (both of you) the age difference would be considerable. But at 31 you are a mature woman and the 2 of you can be very happy together for a very very long time. As long as you are happy with him and you are satisfied both outside and inside the bed the age difference does not matter. In fact the age difference is a plus in your relationship. He will never look around for someone else because you are young and fresh.

I've personally never been attracted to guys much older than myself. Nine years has been my max and my preferred range right now is about 8 yrs under and 6 yrs older.
My best girlfriend though, is mid 30s and dating a guy who is 53 I think. They've been together for 2 yrs now and are crazy about each other.
To each their own…I just have never met a guy who was substantially older than myself that appealed to me on the levels I need for romance to be possible (same with guys a lot younger also).

It's all about what will make you happy. Don't worry about what other people think.
If you're thinking about this as a lifetime commitment, the questions to ask yourself: "Will I be happy when I'm 45 and he's 70" (There are a lot of very hot and active 45 y/o women but not a lot of hot and active 70 y/o men) and similarly, "Will I be happy when I'm 60 and I'll likely be alone".
