WHY DO I FEEL LIKE I'M MISSING THE BOAT (LONG)?
ByHi everyone, I can't hold I'm essay this on such a open space but I usually have to get this off my chest:
I'm twenty yrs old, in my 3rd year of college at an accredited university, & I am pang from post-Valentine's Day blues…I haven't had a critical beloved but I have had dates, all of which have finished on a bittersweet note (most of the guys I have antiquated have usually been "hookups" (ie-only earthy if you know what I mean)…
Anyway, I think I'm a flattering good girl…I do not drink, party, or smoke…I proffer continually at an abused children's preserve & am partial of a co-ed use fraternity. Most of the guys I've antiquated have pronounced which I'm "too innocent" and which they "don't wish to hurtful me", my friends have pronounced which I give off an trusting vibe as well which boggles my mind since I do not see myself as innocent…I've usually kissed one man & we kind of fooled around but I finished it prior to we went "too far".
Long story short: have been there any good guys out there since I severely feel similar to my time here at college is using short & there will be a singular pool of accessible bachelors? I do wish to get tied together & have a family but it seems similar to there aren't most guys peaceful to do which until most after & I'm wakeful which guys grown up after than girls…
Can any one give me a little advice/encouragement? Thanks…

edit: I am in a church but the college method is flattering small…I will usually be there for 1 some-more yr & am going to grad propagandize subsequent summer (summer 2010)…so I will be becoming different churches eventually…

you'll have better luck meeting guys at church or other service orgs. go to grad school or get a job. undergrad boys are only a small part of the available dating pool

You are a very pretty girl with a nice smile.:) Yes there are plenty of nice guys out there but most of them are in church. That is where you should be too! So get to church and you will likely meet a nice boy or two who will like it that you are innocent.

you are a decent looking girl. Do you have east indian blood in you? just curious. anyway, if you are happy with the innocent vibe then you need to go to places where nice guys are like religious groups. if you want to ditch the innocent vibe then you need to run with the dirty girls.

Well…u cant rush these kind of things….maybe ur looking at the wrong places….as in ur appearance u dont seem too bad, u look indian….some guys like that kind of look and u just have to find those kind of guys perhaps take a subject on eastern culture or asian history or something and u might find a nice guy in those classes…gd luck

you sound like a very level headed woman. You would be a great catch for a lucky man one day. Don't worry about the guys who are telling you that you are too innocent. Finish your education and move on to your chosen career. In your career field you will meet men with your same interests and goals. Going to college does not mean you have to find your future husband. Instead of feeling like you are missing the boat, think of it as not wasting time with mister wrong. When you do find mister right you will look back at these guys in college and be glad you didn't end up in a bad marriage at an early age. Think of like this: if you had a daughter who was thinking of starting a family at 20, and didn't have a good education, what would you tell her.
